How to Access Your Order History and View and Pay Your Invoices on Crescentelectric.com

  1. Click on “Account” and Login
  2. After you’re signed in, click on “My Account”
  3. In the right-hand corner, click on the hamburger drop-down menu (blue square with 3 lines) and choose “Order History”
  4. Whether you order electrical supplies at the branch or online, here’s where you’ll see your complete order history
  5. There are two ways to View and Pay your Invoices. One is here: In the upper right-hand corner, under the hamburger drop-down menu, click on the “View My Invoices” blue button
  6. The second way to View and Pay your Invoices is to click on the hamburger drop-down menu in the right-hand corner and choose “Account Statement”
  7. If you are a Crescent Electric Business Account Customer, this is where you will see your invoices
  8. From this screen, you can download and view Open Invoices, which are orders placed but not yet shipped; Partial, which are orders placed but only part of the order has shipped; Billed, which are invoices not paid; and Closed, which are paid invoices
