UNR explosionproof adjustable fixture hangers are used in hazardous areas to mount between a fixture and its outlet box so that the light fixture can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 90. UNRs permit hazardous area pendant mount fixtures to illuminate vertical surfaces such as a control board. They also allow fixtures to hang plumb when the supporting outlet box is not horizontal.
