Crescent Electric Appoints Deborah (Deb) Swambar as Chief Human Resource Officer

East Dubuque, IL, (May 28, 2019) – Crescent Electric Supply Company has announced the appointment of Deborah (Deb) Swambar to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer. In her new role, Swambar will build and lead Crescent’s human capital plan, bringing strategic clarity and functional alignment across the company.

Swambar is an accomplished, national leader with passion and experience in developing leadership teams for supply chain, marketing, operations, and customer service departments. She possesses a unique blend of experiences in both private and publicly traded organizations, where she helped find efficiencies to lower costs, as well as find, retain and grow top tier talent.

As an accomplished and experienced leader, Swambar will drive the evolution of Crescent’s organizational growth necessary to drive Crescent’s competitive advantage. Deborah graduated from University of Wisconsin with a BS in Labor Relations and BS in Personnel, and completed MBA course work at Southern Illinois University. Deborah also completed the International Business Consortium program at Thunderbird University. She will relocate to Dubuque, IA with her husband Bill in the near future.
