The limit switch head will actuate the snap action contacts as the side roller plunger comes in contact with a cam that forces the plunger to move. This limit switch head is NEMA 1, 2 4, 6, 6P, 12 and 13 rated when properly assembled to a 9007C body. It is also rated IP67. Limit switch head is UL listed and CSA certified. It weighs 0.16kg.
