This Maintenance Mode Setting (MMS) module switch can be used to temporarily reduce the short-time delay setting of a Powerpact P/R-frame circuit breaker. MMS meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) 240.87 requirements for arc flash reduction. The MMS module is rated for a 240VAC operating voltage. It is installed on the left side of the busbar, with terminal connections on right. This MMS module is a wide side model. The MMS provides a temporary short-time delay for the circuit breaker not requiring communication or remote setting. The module fits in place of a circuit breaker, allowing for easy incorporation into a system. These units are UL certified.
