Designed for cutting tire cord, wire rope and cable. Compact size, lightweight, high performance level. Includes thumb lock and opening spring. For cutting tire cord, wire rope and cable up to 5/64" (2.0 mm). Box joint design for greater stability. Cuts cleanly and evenly without wire ends splaying or fanning out. Secured by locking device during transport. Cuts steel cords inside of conveyor belt material. Cutting edges induction hardened (approx. 65 HRC). Ball bearing steel for a long service life. Handles – multi-component grips.
